This case study focuses on the remediation of a contaminated lake in Åsbro, Sweden, by the company ProGroupe. The BERKY Poseidon 770 suction dredger was used to remove 16,000 m³ of contaminated sediment. Using modern technology such as GPS-based systems and geotextile hoses, the contamination was reduced and the drinking water could be used safely again.
